President - Melissa Knoernschild

Leads all PTO general and board meetings; acts as the parent and community liaison; partners with Principal and Asst Principal to coordinate activities and meet funding needs. Coordinates the work of all the officers and committees so that the purpose of the organization is served.

Vice President - Kate Tucker

Supports President at meetings and in communication, drives marketing efforts, stands in when President not available.

Secretary - Jennie Samuell

Maintains a record of all PTO general and board meetings and maintains lobby bulletin board. 

​

Treasurer - Anneliese Griego 

Maintains an accurate accounting of all PTO funds; collects and disburses payment for all PTO functions; collects information for and submits documentation to governing entities as necessary. 

 

Volunteer Coordinator - Monica Serrano

Generate a list of volunteers willing to assist during PTO events, coordinates volunteers for events, maintains contact with volunteers throughout the year. 

Communications Chair: Kate Tucker and Kristen Pereira

Maintains & administers the PTO Facebook page, Instagram, and Remind communications. Builds and sends monthly e-newsletter.

School Programs Chair: (OPEN)

Organizes Fall and Spring school-wide assemblies. Coordinates enriching after-school activities with staff members, and plans guest speakers for PTO meetings. Email us to volunteer

Staff Appreciation Chair: Diana Skowronski

Lead committee of volunteers and organizes teacher appreciation events throughout the year. Committee members support the leads in planning, creating, and volunteering at staff appreciation events. Join the committee

Fundraising Chair: Allison Monroe

Leads the Raise Craze Kindness Fundraiser in September. Calls on local businesses for sponsorships and for special events like spirit nights. Communicates with committee members, follows up on documentation needed for donors. Committee supports lead in calling on business for sponsorship, follows up with sponsors, and writes thank-you notes to donors Email us to join the committee

Student Events Chairs: Colandra Ashley and Joni Pearson

Organizes and runs school events, including the Back to School Picnic, Cocoa & Carols, our spring dance, and more! Join the committee

Class Helpers Chairs: Kristen Pereira and Kate Tucker

Recruits and leads all class helpers, and communicates information from PTO board to class helpers from each grade level as well as  teachers. Class helpers from each grade level communicate information to parents within their grade, and partner with teachers to plan classroom events. Become a class helper

Bilingual Lead: Miriam Christman

Assist PTO Board with translations for flyers, newsletters, and other written communication. Translate for PTO meetings.

Spiritwear Lead: Anneliese Griego

Create design ideas for T-shirts, maintain sales history, conduct price research & place orders with suppliers, create order forms, collect & deliver orders to Caldwell families.

Yearbook Lead: Kristen Harris

Creates the annual yearbook. May take photos at school events, gathers parent & teacher photos for yearbook use, assembles layouts, coordinates marketing efforts for sale of the yearbook, and assists in distribution. (Most of the effort is Feb-May).

Spirit Night Lead: Lauren Henry
Organizes and publicizes quarterly spirit nights to bring Caldwell families together and raise funds to support PTO activities.
