The purpose of Caldwell Elementary's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to promote a sense of community among students, parents and guardians, teachers, administrators and citizens of McKinney. The PTO supports Caldwell Elementary's diverse population and dual language program by embracing the vision of "Two Languages, Un Corazón."

Student Events: Back to School Picnic, Park Play Dates and Bounce House, Cocoa + Carols, Muffins in the Morning, Pizza on the Playground, Donuts with Dudes, Spring Dance
Teacher/Staff Appreciation: Monthly Treats, Lunches and Snacks, Lounge Makeover, Birthday and Holiday Gifts, Appreciation Week
Spirit Projects: School Assemblies, Playground and Car Line Upgrades, Spirit Wear, Field Trip Support, Field Day Support and Student T-Shirts, Graduation Support, Yearbook, and School Supply Packs
Teacher Support: School Supply Drive, Classroom Helpers, Funds for Art, Music, and PE
Fundraising: Raise Craze, Spirit Nights, The Parade of Lights, Penny War, Grant Requests, and Community Sponsors
WHAT IS PTO?
PTO is a group of Caldwell families, administrators, and teachers focused on building community and financially supporting the school's programs to ensure student success and teacher satisfaction.
Any parent, guardian, or family member of a Caldwell Elementary student, or one of our amazing teachers, can be a member.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Just show up! There are no forms to fill out or dues to pay. Attend a meeting, volunteer for an event, or contact us directly to see how you can get connected.

To raise $20,000 to support Caldwell field trips, educational programs, an outdoor learning space, and to show appreciation to our teachers.
To take a proactive approach to involve all parents in a meaningful way, regardless of primary language.

To be passionate advocates of Caldwell’s unique Spanish immersion dual language program.
